DETROIT 2 BOLIVAR: the early vegetable beet for bundling
DETROIT 2 BOLIVAR is a round red vegetable beet with a good internal colouring. It is a sure value in the short circuit, in the early bunching niche. It is suitable for mini-vegetable production.
DETROIT 2 BOLIVAR shows good resistance to rising to seed. It has a very good shelf life. Nitrate assimilation is low. It is a variety as well adapted to the fresh market as to the industrial market. A variety proposed in precision seeds, in mechanical monogerm.

Plant with very healthy foliage and strong attachment. Round and homogenous root, with sustained internal colouring. Very good sugar content. Cycle of about 150 days. Conservation is 5/5. The use is bunch, loose. The variety is mid-late.

Original variety with two-tone flesh forming concentric circles. Very mild taste.

Beet Avalanche
Avalanche is an early beet, ideal for fresh and industrial use. White, smooth and round variety, early, with erect foliage, with a good conservation.

The beet variety Burpees Golden is an original variety with yellow flesh. Good gustatory quality. Hardy plant.

Long cylindrical beet with dark red flesh. Produces regular slices. Excellent eating quality.

Beet Noire d'Egypte is a very early, homogeneous selection with good flavor.

Smooth, pointed, fully colored red leaves. Blade is detached from the petiole. Quite vigorous plant even in winter production in temperate zones. 60-100 seeds per gram. Use fresh, industrial. The variety is early.
