SALAD BURNET
Burnet: Burnet, also called small burnet or sanguisorbe is a herbaceous perennial plant of the Rosaceae family. It should not be confused with the Great Burnet (or Sanguisorba officinalis) which is less tasty and much harder.
It is a very rustic rhizomatous plant with very toothed leaflets. It presents a crawling port and forms a rosette at its base.
