MIZUNA
Mizuna: synonymous with mibuna, dendragonne. A "Chinese cabbage", mostly eaten young in salads or cooked quickly. The beautiful, sharply cut leaves of the mizuna have a mild, slightly peppery flavour.
We offer seeds of the green or red varieties for young growth.
