CHOPPING CELERY

Synonym: marsh shoo. Cutting celery is a very fragrant traditional herb from VOLTZ Maraîchage.
An ancestor of the present-day celery, the cut celery is a biennial plant. Its leaves can be used to flavour various dishes: soups, pickles, stews, etc. And the crushed celery seeds, mixed with salt, are used to make celery salt.
