CELERY STALK

Celery stalks: all shades of green, all production niches
Celery stalks are eaten fresh, as whole stalks or as stalks for soups or stews. For the canning industry, it can be found in two forms. Celery garnish", which is made up of sections of stalks, and "celery hearts", i.e. the base of the inner, softer leaves.
In Europe, it is mainly produced in Italy, Spain, France, Germany and the Netherlands. In the United States, it is one of the main "salads" consumed.
At VOLTZ Maraîchage we meet the seed demands of all market segments with the best genetics. Yellow green or bright green? Very early or semi-early? Fresh or industrial? Whatever your requirements, you will find a suitable variety within our complete range.
