YELLOWSTONE is an original variety of carrot. Its conical root is yellow in colour. Its foliage is solid. It is 15 to 18 cm long.
YELLOWSTONE is suitable for the bulk market as well as the boot market.

Very good seed set. Early cycle. The root is pimpled, shouldered and not sensitive to bursting. Very good eating quality. Vigorous and erect foliage. Good tolerance to powdery mildew.

Long, regular, fleshy, heartless root with red flesh, very sweet, mild flavor. Excellent shelf life.
